GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS – St PETER’S SUMMER CAMP 2025

GROUPS

  • Groups are organised by age range and may vary depending on the week.
  • A minimum number of children per week and group is required.

 

AUTHORISATIONS

  1. ACTIVITIES:
    I request my child to take part in all scheduled activities during the summer camp (excursions, visits, workshops, etc.).

     

     

  2. IMAGES:
    I request St PETER’S School to use images or videos of my child, taken during the camp, for educational or promotional purposes on its website, social media channels and informational materials, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and data management guidelines.

     

     

  3. EMERGENCIES:
    I request St PETER’S School to contact healthcare professionals to provide medical treatment for my child in the event of an emergency and if I or the child’s other legal guardians cannot be reached.

 

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

  • The registration period begins on the 9th April, and places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis until groups are full.

     

     

  • To enrol, families must complete the online registration form. Alternatively, they may fill in a paper form and hand it in at reception. Families will receive a response via email with further instructions and payment options to finalise registration.

     

     

  • Registration is only considered confirmed and effective once payment has been made.

 

ATTENDANCE AND ABSENCES

  • Partial or full absence from the camp, regardless of the reason, does not exempt families from paying the full fee.

     

     

  • No refunds will be issued for missed days.

 

PAYMENT TERMS

  • Fees may be paid via direct debit, bank transfer or card at reception, once the confirmation email has been received.

 

Early Bird Rate:

St PETER’S offers a reduced Early Bird rate for those who register and make payment by 30 April (inclusive).

  • Early Bird prices only apply if payment is made before 30 April. No discounts will be applied after this date, without exceptions.

     

     

  • Registrations paid under the Early Bird rate are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation or non-attendance.

 

Regular Rate:
From 1 May onwards, the following rates apply:

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Changes:

  • Requests to change the originally booked weeks will be accepted depending on availability.

     

     

  • All changes must be communicated in writing to: afterschool@stpeters.es

 

Cancellations (by the family):

  • Early Bird registrations are non-refundable.

     

     

  • For regular rate registrations, the following cancellation fees apply:

     

    • 0% if cancelled before 1 June
    • 50% if cancelled between 1 and 15 June (both inclusive)
    • 100% if cancelled after 15 June or in case of no attendance. No refund will be issued.

       

       

     

Cancellations (by the organisation):

If the camp is cancelled due to force majeure or because the minimum number of registrations is not reached, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
