International Day 2024 is coming! Saturday, 23rd of November

Many of you have been asking when we’ll be hosting our much-loved International Day again, especially after last year’s event’s fantastic success. We’re thrilled to finally announce that this year’s International Day at St PETER’S will be on Saturday, November 23rd! It will be a fantastic day of celebration, where we’ll come together to highlight the incredible diversity and rich cultural tapestry that makes our community so unique.

Remember it?

The aim of International Day is to celebrate our shared values of diversity and open-mindedness. It offers students and families a unique opportunity to share their cultural traditions with the wider St PETER’S community. This day allows us to come together to embrace what makes each of us unique, while also discovering the common values that connect us all.

How You Can Get Involved:

  1. Organising a Stand:
We invite our families to join us in organising different stands and sharing their culture and traditions with us (we still remember some of the delicious dishes from last year!). If you’re interested in participating, please contact Miss Carme Escorcia to start planning together.
  2. Stage Performances:
We’re also encouraging families to participate in stage performances, whether through music, dance, or other creative ideas. These performances provide a fantastic opportunity to share the beauty and uniqueness of your culture.

Why Saturday?

We want to ensure that as many families as possible can participate and enjoy this celebration. That’s why we’ve chosen Saturday, 23rd November, so that everyone in the St PETER’S community has the chance to join us on this traditional International Day, a true reflection of our multicultural, multilingual, and diverse community.

We are looking forward to your participation and collaboration in making this International Day another memorable experience. Stay tuned for more details in the coming weeks. You can’t miss it!
